If you believe content on DengeCudi infringes your copyright, send a written notice that includes all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature (typed name is acceptable for email).
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works).
- Identification of the infringing material on DengeCudi, with enough detail for us to locate it (exact URL(s), post title, username, date).
- Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
Send notices to: kurdnewshub@gmail.com
2. What happens after we receive a notice
We will review valid notices and may:
- remove or disable access to the reported material;
- notify the user who posted the material;
- document the complaint for legal compliance.
We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.
3. Counter-notification
If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was mistaken or you have the right to post the material, you may send a counter-notification that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if outside the U.S., any judicial district where DengeCudi may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
Send counter-notifications to: kurdnewshub@gmail.com with subject line DMCA Counter-Notification.
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material after the legally required waiting period unless the original complainant files a court action.
4. Repeat infringers
We may terminate or restrict accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or other intellectual property rights.
5. Misrepresentations
Under the DMCA, anyone who knowingly makes false claims in a takedown notice or counter-notification may be liable for damages. Please ensure your notice is accurate.
6. Other intellectual property
For trademark or other non-copyright disputes, email kurdnewshub@gmail.com with details. We will review and respond as appropriate.
7. Changes
